OUR POLICY IS TO PROMPTLY AND SAFELY SHIP A QUALITY PRODUCT.

IF THERE IS DAMAGE TO THE PRODUCT, WE WILL SHIP A REPLACEMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER WE ARE NOTIFIED.

WE ASK FOR A PHOTOGRAPH OF THE ITEM AND OF ANY OBVIOUS DAMAGE TO A SHIPPING BOX TO BE EMAILED TO US AT RorexBridges@gmail.com OR        MAIL TO: 5905 WEST 103 SOUTH, OKTAHA, OK 74450

WE HAVE A 20 DAY REFUND POLICY.  TO START A REFUND OR TO REQUEST A REPLACEMENT, CONTACT US AT  RorexBridges@gmail.com OR 918-348-0966. 

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE, YOUR ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED IT AND RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

ITEMS SENT BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.                                                                                     

PLEASE INSPECT YOU ORDER UPON RECEIPT AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM.  WE CAN THEN EVALUATE THE ISSUE AND MAKE IT RIGHT.
